What payment methods do you support?
Right now we support Cash on Delivery (COD) in Uganda. You’ll pay when your order arrives. Mobile Money options are coming soon.
How long does delivery take?
Kampala & nearby: typically 1–3 business days. Up-country: 2–5 business days. We’ll keep you updated by email.
What’s your return policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we’ll guide you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as quickly as possible with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update or cancel it.

Check your spam folder. If it’s not there, email us and we’ll resend your confirmation and status.
